Today our P6 and P7 pupils took part in an inspiring online session with HipPsychology, joining lots of other schools from across Northern Ireland. The session shared a powerful message about the importance of children’s mental health — a perfect lead‑in to Children’s Mental Health Week next week, where the theme is “This is My Place.”
The workshop focused on belonging and community, which are key values here at Maine IPS. Through fun activities such as dancing, iPad quizzes and interactive worksheets, our pupils engaged brilliantly and really embraced the ideas being explored.
