A massive thank you to McManus's Hardware shop in the village that supplied all our seed potatoes which we harvested today. Every child in p6 went home with a crop of potatoes!!
It was a fabulous way to learn first hand what it would have been like to have to tend to your own crop, our dinner of potatoes will be tasty tonight.
