P3 - Achievement
Today, our Primary 3 pupils became young scientists as they explored a fascinating question: Would an egg float in the ocean?
The lesson began with a discussion about how every science experiment starts with a question. Pupils put their curiosity hats on to think of new and wonderful questions — ranging from "how to make dogs fly" to how to "make an egg explode".
Using salt to recreate ocean-like water, our pupils carefully tested whether an egg would float. To their amazement, they discovered that adding enough salt does make the egg float—just like it might in the sea!
It was a brilliant hands-on experience that encouraged curiosity, teamwork, and scientific thinking.
Well done, P3!
