Congratulations to all pupils who have been elected onto our School council this year. We are looking forward listening to your ideas to help the school this year. 

They have had their first meeting and have with the help of Mrs Woodin decided to rename their group... They are now officially Junior Governors.

We look forward to our first official meeting in the New Year, what an exciting start to 2024 it will be!

Junior Governors met and discussed up coming event ideas (break the rules day and fireside quiz). Date decided about events as Friday the 2nd of February, amount decided and rules to be broken picked. Follow on dicussion with Mrs Woodin on the 25/1/24 to confirm arrangements. Charity discussed and decided by Junior governors as Save the Children's Gaza appeal.

Mrs Woodin met with Ruby (Chairperson) and agreed poster and amount of money which parents will pay.

Today the long awaited Junior Governors badges arrived and Mrs Woodin made the presentation to our chosen pupils in assembly. What a happy bunch they were. 

We will be meeting next week to discuss what to spend our raised funds on and to make the donation to our chosen charity.
