Maine Integrated Playgroup in Randalstown opened in 2005 and is registered for 24 children. There are funded places provided by the Department of Education known as PEAG places.

OPEN DAY: Friday 8th December 12:30-13:30

We will be open on Friday 8th December, you are very welcome to come along, meet staff and learn about how we provide our children with opportunities to learn and develop through play in a safe welcoming environment.

The Playgroup operates each day within the school grounds between 9am and 11.45am and follows the Early Years Curriculum.

The leader is Mrs Fiona McCambridge and her assistants are Mrs Ann-Marie Boyd and Mrs Julie Brown.

The Playgroup was inspected recently by the ETI inspectorate and achieved the highest rating - 'High Level of capacity for sustained improvement in the interest of all the learners'. The playgroup is also regularly inspected by Social Services.

The Playgroup has an elected Playgroup Committee run independently from the school.  This group is made up of parents and grandparents of children attending the group. Each year they welcome new members during the annual AGM.
